How can I know my home shifting charges?

What are my responsibilities during the moving process?

Provide documents like transfer letter or joining letter and copy of RC book for your vehicle moving. 

How long packing and loading take at my residence?

This is totally based on your household items. Normally, one bedroom house takes three hours and so on. 

Why do I need insurance if everything is packed professionally?

Items can get damaged due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents or any natural disaster in the moving process. So we will recommended to make a insurance for your safety moving.

What is it that cannot be loaded on to the vehicle?

Some possessions like pets, Liquids/Oils, inflammable items will not be allowed to be loaded on to the vehicle. 

Can we track our consignment ?

Yes. You can track your consignment by tracking ID for national moving. If you move within west bengal then you can contact us directly because we are used direct vehicle within west bengal shifting. Contact Us

What type of vehicle you are provide?

We will use Container truck for national shifting and open body truck for within city shifting.

Do you provide all the things which are required for a complete shifting ?

Is S. K. Packers & Movers GST registered ?

Yes. We are gst registered and we will provide gst bill also.

Is S. K. Packers & Movers IBA approve ?

No. You will get gst bill only.

Can I get same day delivery of my household materials?

Yes you can get only within West Bengal shifting but for national moving delivery time taken upto 6-7 days.

Can you provide bubbles wrapping for crockery items packing?

Yes we can provide but that only for national shifting. We don't use bubbles and Lamination for local shifting. If you order for local shifting then we will provide you. See our Packing Photos & Videos.

How can you manage at congested area?

We will try to start packing work at night in congested area or early morning.
